Compared to other sites, I found (LetsTalk.com) very easy to use and to understand. Additionally, the plans, options, services and accessories are competitively priced and affordable. Just wanted to put in writing..... I have never experienced such exquisite customer service before from a cell phone provider. The NORMAL RUDENESS, is what most people expect when dealing with customer service (Sprint Especially). Both Times, LaKeisha (I think thats her name) and young man who name I don't remember, were ABSOLUTELY FAB-U-LOUS! It doesn't get any better. If they were in my area.....Those two would definitely be working for my company. I'd make a KILLER OFFER. Please Pass this on to the proper persons. They deserve the recognition. I followed the link from CNET.com to LetsTalk. It is one of the few websites to offer instant rebates. That's a big plus. I was able to get a new Nokia 6230 for free without having to pay a cent up front. They also ported the number from T-Mobile to Cingular and that was extremely smooth. The product shipped the same day and I had an activated phone in my hands in two days unlike other websites that ship the order after almost a week. I'm glad I bought the phone at this site. Way to go guys.

Okay, I'm a Project Manager for IT and have managed mainframe as well as WEB development projects and I have to admit I really like your WEB site and how it is put together. The PM as well as the developers did an excellent job. The ability to select, view, compare, get down to the end result and then decide you want to call to find out something and to be given a trace number that the Operator can use to find your temporary order and have the same information that the customer has is a very nice piece of work. I can tell you when I did my order I selected the LG L1150 and while tracking the order, it went to backorder for the two phones and when I called I found out that the phones had been discontinued. I do believe there was a disconnect there, so perhaps someone, Business Analyst perhaps should look at the process to see if there is a way to improve this for the Customer so they know that it is not backordered, but is discontinued and the Customer needs to call or should be called to move the order along. I'm expecting both phones to be at my home when I get there today.
